For any brides out there doubting whether you need a day of wedding coordinator-YOU DO. And Steph at Electric Events is the best in the biz. We replanned our covid wedding 3 times before we actually got hitched and Steph was so communicative and patient with us through the entire process. She thought of all the things we hadn’t leading up to the event, and kept everything running smoothly from pre wedding, to ceremony to reception. She was comfortable keeping family and friends in line and was professional and courteous handling our vendors. I cannot say enough good things, she is absolutely the best.

HIRE STEPH!! Out of all of the vendors we hired for our wedding, Steph AKA Electric Events as our Day Of Coordinator was BY FAR the best investment we made! As a mega Type A personality and, not proudly, a person and in this case, bride, who likes to have control, I will start by saying that my expectations were high and that I was nervous about the wedding not turning out the way I hoped it would. From the moment I first contacted Steph, she was on top of everything. Not only was I continuously impressed by her thoroughness, her consistent communication, and her ability to identify gaps in my planning and ask questions that I hadn't even thought about, but from the moment my family and bridal party met her at the Rehearsal Dinner to the Wedding Day, EVERYONE was raving about her! And deservedly so! Though I had a pretty clear vision of our wedding day, Steph exceeded those expectations beyond measure. I was concerned about there being a lack of "flow" throughout the wedding and didn't want guests to be confused as I had as a guest at other weddings. Because of Steph, the wedding flowed seamlessly and every guest had an amazing time at the wedding all because of her great efforts. Steph was my wedding gift to myself as a bride who spent lots of time planning my wedding thinking I could handle it all, but realistically couldn't. This investment was the greatest gift I could have given myself because in all of my nerves leading up to and especially on the day of the wedding, I knew that Stpeh was on top of it. She was incredible at solving problems in the background, without me even knowing there was a problem, and also recognizing when it was important to ask me for my preference, but when I was maybe too nervous or in my feels, quickly pivoted to addressing the problem herself and never made me feel anxious or worried about anything at all. Hiring Steph ensured that on the day of, my husband and I got to enjoy every moment of the most amazing day of our lives surrounded by family and friends without a worry in the world because we knew she was on top of it. If you are questioning whether or not you need a coordinator, or maybe trying to figure out which vendor will work best for you, LOOK NO FURTHER. We could not be happier with our experience with Electric Events. Working with this woman was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She was on top of every detail. We wanted a very unconventional wedding, and got married on Halloween. So from the beginning I had a very gothic, unique and specific vision, and I was so nervous about hiring a coordinator. Stephanie took away all of my worries and supported me and my vision from the moment I met her. She was so excited about everything I told her and honestly helped build my confidence with the whole wedding. Everything the went so well and even the tiny things that didn't go as planned weren't a big deal, and she was able to communicate with me in a way that just made everything okay and made it work in the moment. She is SO QUICK too. She was buzzing around the venue making sure everything was as it should be, and even helped a lot during our photos. During the photos she was so excited to be involved and honestly helped us get some really incredible shots. It also felt great how our personalities just meshed, I always felt like I was talking to a friend that I've known forever. Her positive energy and happy personality truly shines and rubs off on anyone that she talks to. It was a wonderful experience and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. 10/10 recommend!
